If you come to the office in person or want the car delivered within the city, according to the working hours (Monday-Friday, between 09:00-18:00), the delivery takes place free of charge. And if you request an extra-schedule delivery, possibly to be transferred from/to Chisinau International Airport, then it will be for a fee.
